I have contributed to the global People Analytics community through my participation as a speaker at People Analytics World. Since joining the Society for People Analytics (SPA) in October 2024, I have taken on a leadership role in spearheading the LATAM network and the Argentina network, driving collaboration, sharing valuable insights, and championing data-driven HR practices across the region.

Agile HR Community

Since December 2021, I have served as a Co-facilitator & Agile HR Assessor for the Agile HR Community, promoting innovative HR practices through Agile methodologies.

Digital House

From 2020 to 2023, I was a Data Analytics Professor at Digital House, teaching and mentoring students in data analytics techniques, tools, and best practices to drive insights and informed decisions in business and HR contexts.
